Flexaust introduces a new, clear and lightweight, static dissipative polyurethane hose that can replace heavier PVC and polyethylene conductive hoses in many fume and dust collection applications.

Flexaust Flx-Thane^® LD-SD Static Dissipative Polyurethane Hose is clear, highly flexible, and compressible, making it ideally suited for a wide range of dust collection and fume extraction applications.  Featuring the inherent abrasion resistance and superior tear strength of polyurethane, this lightweight hose is reinforced with a bronze coated spring wire helix.

Manufactured from FDA approved materials, Flexaust Flx-Thane^® LD-SD Static Dissipative Polyurethane Hose is available in 2” to 12” I.D. sizes with wall thickness of .020” (2” is .015”) and standard 25 ft. lengths.  Providing 10⁸ x 10¹⁰ Ohms/Sq. surface resistivity, it operates over a -65°F to 225°F range.  A 4” dia. hose has a 3.75” bend radius and 4:1 compression ratio.
